I typically despise going to car dealerships, but the good folks at Paramount Kia are not your typical dealership. Cathy Rivas is absolutely Great to work with! We talked with her over the phone over the course of several days before actually going to the dealership. When we finally arrived at the dealership, she was waiting for us (with a smile), and had all the preliminaries completed. She helped put us in the vehicle that "we" wanted at a great price. I was fully expecting to spend the better part of my Saturday "trying" to buy a car. It was roughly two hours from the time we pulled onto the lot, until the time we drove off in our Brand New 2018 Sorento LX. Patrick in the finance department is also great! The whole process was painless, and surprisingly quite nice. Paramount Kia has definitely earned my business, and I'll never bother shopping anywhere else.
