I guess when you pay upfront, with tip, they don't necessarily see a reason to be friendly, engaging or helpful. For me this was a good reminder that restaurant experience is overvalued - $17.92 for a sandwich and not-good service is pretty pretty pretty prettyyyy lame. Better spent elsewhere.

And just a heads up to people that are considering going here: You have to use an app, powered by Toast, you have to pay AND TIP before you get your order.
