Stayed as a result of flight delays. Front desk service was prompt and courteous, rooms were well-kept with reasonable amenities, and overall hotel decor was clean and beautiful. Easy access to public transit and O'Hare Airport (across the street, or via easy underground tunnel). My only complaints were small: a late-night bar menu that included only burgers, no appetizers (most people aren't looking for a full meal at 11 pm, just small bites), and the lack of HHonors Diamond welcome amenities.
