I m a business traveller staying regularly in Bonvoy hotels. I ve been on the road for more than a week Just checked in on Friday night to be told that they have no laundry service until Monday. Handy because I m checking out on Monday morning. Now I have to buy clothes to make it through the rest of the trip. Lousy business hotel. Do not stay here.
