I visited Matthews office yesterday - staff friendly, office clean ,and professional. The registered therapist - Serge Mukha helped me with my 1st CPAP machine - he was professional, complete,and totally focused on being sure I was well informed and comfortable. His schedule was very busy but he slowed down and made sure I understood the operation and use of each part of the unit. His kind nature and courteous approach made for a very pleasant visit and I am confident that any support I would need in the future will be handled very well. Thanks Serge
