I pay up front $350 for the bed bug treatment. I was told by Assistant Manager it will cover 6 week treatment spray 3 time , 2 weeks apart. End up only spray the apartment 2 time. When I notify the front office, by phone and walk in. Their respond was " I 'll get back to you later". A month gone by , these guy literature wait till the bed bug warranty expired , and then call me to schedule another bed bug treatment for extra $50. I guess it's time to file official complain to both U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Better Business Bureau
