I always have a positive experience whenever I've needed a rental from Enterprise. I always have a short wait time at the counter when checking in to pick up my car. The staff is very friendly and always answers any and all of my questions. Once or twice when I arrived to pick up my vehicle and they did not have the one I selected from their web site, they always had a similar type or a nicer car to give me at no added expense. I would highly recommend Enterprise anytime.
