I feel like Nesva is *trying* but they don't quite have their act together yet. The tl;dr is I don't feel I can recommend the place.

We reserved a king room for 2 nights. A few days before we were to arrive, they emailed requesting confirmation that we were coming since they were overbooked. I confirmed by phone right away after my reply bounced (mailbox full).

When we got there, they had given us a room with 2 twins. After talking with them they said because of being full up they could not move us until our second night. I was glad they were able to move us since the first room smelled a little odd. In our second room, housekeeping had neglected to pick up a can of beer left on the balcony. In both rooms the air conditioning didn't circulate well unless you had the fan on all the time.

A note on the G+ description: there is no minibar, just a fridge. Complimentary breakfast ends at 9am, so if you get there later, everything's been put away except for instant oatmeal.

On the plus side, the rooms have new-looking tilework in the bathrooms, a decent view from the balcony, and a darned cute courtyard with murals. Service was polite and professional. It's about 4 blocks to the metro station so getting to Manhattan was easy.
