Since purchasing a new Water softener a few months...

Since purchasing a new Water softener a few months ago, I had a frustration where the water produced was not soft enough however, after a few months of helpful assistance from East Midlands water, we got to the bottom of the issue and replaced the Water Blending valve, which Tom ordered for me straight away and was with me in a couple of days. It is now working lovely! My thanks goes out to Tom, who has been very helpful to me over the last few months. An excellent service, Thank you!
