I just had my furnace repaired by Louis Gusmann. He came on time & did an Excellent job on servicing my unit. My heating unit for the down stairs kept defaulting to a lower temperature, even after I had it set to hold on a certain temperature. It made our downstairs very cold & uncomfortable. I thought my unit was going out, but Gusmann took his time to diagnose what the problem was & fixed it. I'm so thankful that I've been a Cool Air Mechanical customer since last year. Thank you again Gusmann!
