After taking it to two other mechanics, and spending hundreds of dollars, we took my wife's 2014 Escape into Bob Allen Ford service department. It was not a quick fix. It took almost a week and a half to correctly diagnose and correct the problem. During the entire time we were in direct communication with 4 people in the service department (Shane, Curtis, Derrick and Jonathan) discussing potential issues, problems, fixes, etc. All four were polite, professional and patient (even when we were impatient). They didn't want to send it back to us without getting the the very bottom of the issue. The vehicle has run great for the last 4 days, and we would certainly recommend Bob Allen service department to anyone who has a "hard to solve" issue with their Ford.
