I state that I am a company with a Professional subscription
I have been a Eolo subscriber for 24 months because in my area only 2 mega adsl arrived.
Initially everything was fine, in June 2018 due to "technical problems of Eolo" I was without a network for over 1 month, continuous reports, various problems on the network, etc.
After a month I solve the problem and ask for the reimbursement of the unused month (company without internet for a month), commercial assistance is impossible to contact, I sent mail, written to chat, lost hours on the phone.
At the beginning of September they call me for the reminder of the payment of the invoice from September - October 2018 (with eolo the payment is anticipated, if it does not work then your !!) I answer that I demand a refund and that I can not contact the commercial assistance.
Of course technical problems continued in September and I was traveling at 0.1 megabytes in the evening, I kept on reporting but nobody gave me assistance.
I receive an email of contract withdrawal if I do not make the payment by 30.9.18, I make the payment on 28, I send the receipt, October 1 finally detach the line asking me a penalty of 305 telling me that they have not received the email.
I have withdrawn the contract for an invoice with an unpaid October deadline, I have asked for a refund of 305 , have withheld the payment made and told me that if I want to activate the contract I have to make a new subscription with costs of "installation" etc. ...

We are madness !!!
