Awesome experience for an out of the loop intermediate.

Have been pretty into Yoga but having the typical dropoff work/life overload and losing touch with it and finally putting over a year since my last time. I really felt a little intimidated about going back, but after one session I knew this place was great. Very warm, relaxed and helpful atmosphere. I really can't say enough so I'll keep it simple. If you want a great place to do Yoga that is both helpful & challenging this is your spot, from novice to expert you'll love the place and more importantly the instructors!
