We went to MacDonald Motors not expecting very much and not only did they have the EXACT Jeep that my husband wanted, Travis (our salesman) gave us the keys - did NOT go with us, told us to try it out and have fun. We got there around 2:30, test drove until around 3:00. When we went inside, not only did they pay off our old car and gave us a great deal with bumper-to-bumper coverage, but they close at 4:00 and they stayed open for us until 5:20. Travis did all the work, did not shuffle us to a finance guy, called the bank we wanted, called our insurance company and then took pictures of us with our new Jeep. We also made Travis and the owner Mr. MacDonald (who was also still there) do a celebratory HAPPY DANCE in the middle of the showroom floor! This was the fastest and best car purchase we have ever done - VERY nice people. We haven't used the service dept yet as we have literally only had it 2 weeks but if they are as nice, dependable and reliable as the front office we will be super happy - and service certainly counts for a lot - we will update this review after we have used the service but so far - VERY, VERY HAPPY! :)
