DO NOT BUY FROM ULTRALIGHT!! My wife and I both had light and battery setups from Ultralight for years and were happy initially. We purchased a new battery as a back up, however it did not work with the old set up. Customer service was contacted, and were told that the light is not compatible with the other set up and a new light needs to be purchased. What started as a back up battery, now turned into a new setup for more than 600$. In a pinch we needed to use the back up battery pack/light, but it didn't work when we needed it. Customer service was contacted again, and we were told to mail in the defective product, I thought I would get a replacement part. When contacted, they said the battery did not work and I would need to buy a new battery. I talked with Christine and explained that this product was never used on a patient and frankly never used at all. She was very unaccommodating and stated I'm sorry the best I can do is offer you a new battery with a 50$ discount. She explained we can not return the products, get and sort of credit, or accommodated us in any other way except pay them more money. The customer service was terrible, and left us with a brand new light, and a brand new battery that does not work. I will be looking else where. Please do not get swindled by this company, they are out for money and uninterested in helping the dental community.
