Not impressed with followup on my car that I picke...

Not impressed with followup on my car that I picked up from service department, and then died completely soon after. Incredibly skeptical that something couldn't have been caught before that happened. Not least of all because a cap wasn't even put back on correctly after service was done, so what other detail was missed? Won't be returning.
