Pioneer is so easy to work with. Their customer service was always able to answer questions, plus they have a great mobile app for their customers to be able to print ID cards, copies of policies, pay bills; you can even request policy changes if you log in online! It makes doing business with them easy, when I don't always have time to call my agent during the day.

I worked with Pioneer professionally as well, and they were always great to work with. I don't currently work with them, but kept my insurance through them - that shows just how great they are!

I would definitely recommend going through Pioneer for any insurance needs! And they are Michigan based company!!
