When this company hiring me they said I m doing on...

When this company hiring me they said I m doing only 80 miles a day for 345$
When I start working the minimum I drive 160 miles the hours I spend 10 to 12 hours a day
Some time they give me a load from Detroit to oh round trip 180 miles and they give me only 175$ So I make only 100$ for this load so this company to bad they say something and then do different things
