If google review allow for negative 5 stars, I would just reward them that.

Saw many good reviews about this shop so decided to go get my DIY work horse there. And there i was wearing my very casual bermuda shorts, tshirt & slipper, i walk towards the counter enquiring for the various pc hardware & prices. Just when I proceed with enquiring my 3rd item, this young chubby chinese kid (most likely boss's son) serving me started making "TSK.. TSK.." sound & acted impatiently. Thinking it could be other things in work that annoyed him, i continued with my ordering for my work horse. Then out of nowhere this uncle (the boss) took over my orders. Just as I've proceed with my 4th item, this boss got mad with my enquiring one by one & spoke loudly telling me to tell him all the items at once instead of coming to them just to "CHECK PRICE"! I was shocked at his attitude, as a customer do I not have the right to even ask for the price before buying? Btw I wasn't even ordering cheap hardwares there & yet the staffs openly displayed their anger to their customer for asking too much (after 3 items?). We continue with some further argument until a group of young office ladies stepped into the shop. The argument stopped & their attitude changed suddenly to being very patient, courteous & smiling face! Especially for the boss's son, smiling all the way while serving them despite their many questions & only buying a few things. Talk about great service & personality there! Anyway that's the last time I'm going this shop & I definitely won't recommend anyone buying there either. Btw they also charge an extra 2% to pay by credit card, so it wasn't as cheap to buy there either. Amazed by so many positive remarks though but not so for me at least. For any guys who still intend to go buy pc there, my advise is wear smart, go in group, don't ask for individual hardware prices more than 3 times & you should be fine :)
