Insurance taken out there in December. Review herewith. Problem has been resolved after coming and I am satisfied. I contacted Independer after the review. Solution thanks to the posted review but now satisfied. No responses to emails. Now everything was put into operation right away. Still a small frustration it was said that it was sent to my email address in December. I have checked the account online via webmail and there are all copies of sent and received or spam related e-mails but after 5 December no e-mail has been received on this account. Probably a case of forgetting and that is human, hence 5 stars ..
