Bad communication. What would take two hours, from 12 to 2, turned out to be a whole day when registering, from 12 to 7. The hospital knew that in advance, but apparently they don't feel it necessary to inform the patient about this.

Furthermore, it was considered necessary for the person who picks up the patient to be present at the registration. During the registration process, the person's telephone number must be noted. Really something that should happen in person ...
