I had to spend the night there for a transit flight. First of all, it took forever for Hyatt Regency's shuttle bus to arrive. Then, when I checked in, the front desk said they had to relocate me because they over sold the rooms. So it took me another 30 minutes waiting for a shuttle bus to send me to another hotel. There are so many other hotels in the area. With all the troubles I went through, Hyatt Regency definitely doesn't worth the time and money.
