It is intolerable to see that in 2017 such an important place is unreachable on the phone. For information as much get it by word of mouth as the staff is nonexistent. Always a problem to believe that this structure is falling apart .... 1 hour to have someone on the phone at 10:30 am very sincerely it is unacceptable. I sympathize with the other comments.
