I took my iPhone 7 in when the microphone and calling stopped working after updating to the latest operating system. I spoke directly with Apple and they recommended I take it to Oobe, big mistake. They took 3 weeks to look at my phone after initially stating 6-8 working days for the entire process to be completed. In the end they couldn t even fix it so under consumer guarantee law they had to replace it and I got a brand new phone. I m disappointed that it took 3 weeks to receive a brand new phone when they could have just given me one within the 6-8 working days I was expecting. I was not offered a loan phone so I was uncontactable for 3 weeks. Very inconvenient. Not impressed.
