Doing a course at STEPS was a real good experience...

Doing a course at STEPS was a real good experience. First I found it a bit awkward as the style is not like how we learned at college by simply mugging up things as lectured by the teachers. The trainer here asked me to do things my own, which was a new experience. Slowly I developed the skill of developing from scratch and now I know this is how things happen in real industrial working environment. I admire that STEPS is no conventional shopping complex training institute. Getting a job is the biggest challenge for a fresher, and I succeeded in that also with exposure I got from STEPS. Immediately after completing the STEPS training, I am working as a PHP developer at Softforest Technologies now.
