First night I had a fly infestation in the room. The hotel staff was unable to switch my room overnight so I roomed with my colleague until the next day. Didn't get back from my conferences until 9pm the next day. Layed on the bed an 2 cockroach ran across my chest. I was only refunded one nights of points and believe that I should have at least deserved 2 nights stay worth of points at this property. I have pictures and video to prove everything. Very poorly managed and handled by the staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
