Visited South Africa and decided to stay here while we were in Cape Town. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendliness and offered a drink while we completed in the check in process. Nolene at the front desk was wonderful! She got us our room (with a really nice view of the city) and suggested that we go to Long Street. We had an amazing night on Long Street all thanks to her. Overall the staff was attentive and provided all types of suggestions. We didn t really stay in the room but I will say our room was extremely nice and clean. Also their breakfast is unmatched. Thanks guys!
