I reserved a suv at this location. I landed at the airport and rode their bus directly to the office. They told me that I had already picked up my car. Turns out they let someone else rent a car under my name. I got another suv, but when my credit card bill came in I was charged for both. I talked with their customer service, nice person/waste of time for 15 min. Then they told me I had to talk to the branch. I called the branch. I had 4 separate conversations with a desk worker lasting over 1hr 10 minutes total. The location manager was supposed to call me but didn't. The area manager was supposed to call me but didn't. I finally got a refund for $273 the cost of the other person's suv rented on my credit card. Now 20 days later they have charged me again for something. Maybe I am lucky because this time it is only $128. I'm in Atlanta, I'm not even in Raleigh! The location manager still hasn't returned my call to now fix my new issue. You cannot contact any corporate office people for help either. Everything must be handled on the store level.
