Our washer has now been repaired 5 times. 5 service calls meaning 5 times being on hold trying to get my washer fixed. Every time it takes weeks for the tech to come out. Most recently it began putting small holes in our clothes. 5 repairs with no offer of replacement. It arrived broken and is still broken 1 year later.

I am so tired of dealing with whirlpool. I would never recommend their product as their customer service is horrendous. I purchased all whirlpool products for my new home and regret it deeply.

I have let everyone I know to stay away from Whirlpool unless you want to gamble and get a lemon appliance which will never be replaced no matter how many times a tech has to come to your house.
