An amazing hotel - definitely recommended for your stay in Bali

We booked an ocean suites but as a Hilton Diamond member, I was upgraded to an ocean villa with private pool. That was the best upgrade ever. The villa was amazing, spacious, well-equipped and you have direct access from your bed to a beautiful private pool as well as to the beach.

Check-in and check-out process was swift and the staff were extremely friendly. One of the staff even help me charge my phone with her personal charger as I lost my charger. However, I think that the hotel should be prepared for this situation by preparing a couple of chargers for guests to use in emergency situation.

The resort is huge and it took me over 10 minutes to walk from the Suites wing to the main building where there is the reception and main restaurant. The mains pools are also amazing. I would say they are much better to bath and swim in compared to the beach. The beach was indeed a bit disappointing. It looks dirty and not suitable for swimming during my stay. Breakfast is impressive with a huge variety of food to choose from, one of the best breakfast I have had in a resort.

In short, pros:

- The resort and room
- The pools
- Amazing breakfast
- Friendly and welcoming staff

Cons:
- Beach area is almost unusable
- Reception area has no air-con
