Alex came out to clean our gutters and do a tuneup for our roof. He was extremely professional, yet was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained things in terms I could understand and took the time to help me understand everything. Alex took photos and led me through an explanation of everything he did (caulking, cleaning, repairing). The photos were emailed to me for my reference.

Alex has a thorough understanding of roof construction, and did an excellent job communicating everything to me.
