Well I liked this Mazda dealership and service department. Then one day I was there for my oil change which I get around 4k miles (manual says every 5k) and the car was at 40k total. Well they have a full circle inspection which I believe is what they still call it. During there "inspection" of my brakes they come and tell me I need new front rotors. For a second I thought about it, then asked the service lady "Why do I need new front rotors when last time I was here less than 5k miles ago you said I was in the green status?". To that question she sorta of stammered and said "let me find out what happened." . I sat there running the numbers in my head of what it was going to cost me to replace my rotors. She came back and tells me when they check the brake status they only check the outside pad for wear, So the inside pad completely wore down to the metal and was cutting into my rotors. So there full circle inspection is BS. If you think they are going to take better car of your car because its the dealer, good luck. So now to find a good car repair place, I can't afford mistakes like that.
