i needed a new car/suv for work but also needed towing capability. Nick Prince suggested we drive the new Explorer. it was perfect! they gave us a great price on the new car as well as a great price for my trade-in ford F-150. many months later, i still have new car-itis and won't park next to another car for fear of dents. all-in-all a great car buying experience
