The reason I am giving a one star review is because although the staff here are lovely and trying to do their best by all the customers, Oliver, the owner ultimately will treat you contempt. I asked for a response from him over many months after they failed to meet deadlines with zero communication, having been into the shop 3 times, phoned many times and emailed many more. His response was to simply refund my money with no explanation or acknowledgement. His team were super helpful but equally felt bewildered by his actions.
