Terrible experience. My billing address was entered wrong. Instead of flagging as wrong I was billed and then the order was cancelled with no attempt to contact me. Customer service told me that it takes 5-7 days for the charge to be removed from my card and I would have to place another order. I was buying a camera so I could not afford to complete the purchase again until I got the money back in my account. Was attempting to buy an item on sale that was ending before the 5-7 business days so waiting that long was not an option. Customer service was not helpful at all. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
