We just bought a house whose previous owners had a Smith Thompson Security system. Unfortunately they had it disconnected when they moved so I called them to see what I needed to get it back and working. I spoke to the tech who answered the phone and he didn't try to sell me anything more than the monitoring since I already had the system wired. So far it has worked without any issues and I am real happy with the monthly cost of monitoring. I would recommend this company to anyone shopping for a reliable alarm system.
