So after I brought my truck home I went underneath...

So after I brought my truck home I went underneath to see what had been done. The 5th wheel wiring a heavy cord was coiled up hanging on a smaller wire partially pulling it out of the plug exposing some copper. The spare tire had not been properly positioned and was left in position where it could come in contact with the differential and potentially rear brake lines as the suspension moved. All of this was charged for 3 hours work. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work done in your service department. This is not a reflection on the service writer, it is however a reflection on the workmanship. I would have expected the mechanic to at least make the work he does neat, clean and safe. By the way it took me 15 minutes to make it that way, sad that a customer has to repair your costly repair.
