As far as VA's go and I have been to many, the San Diego VA is far and above one of the best. I thought Palo Alto was a well serviced VA. The SD V.A. is a great facility. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the pharmacy is a joke. I wont bore anyone with details but that department needs a change from top to bottom.
