Very poor experience with reception manager who dismissed our complaint entirely as we booked through expedia. We were at reception with two other couples. Who we didnt know, trying to complain obout the noise from the room above. The woman was screeming and shouting no no no, we tried calling the reception but it just rang out. In the end we considered calling the police but she started to sound like she was enjoying something. Very poor nights sleep with disappointing staff. Breakfast was great so one star for that.
