I use Shavitz at my home so it was an easy decision call them when we needed service for regular maintenance at my office. They were very helpful with all of my questions regarding quotes and super responsive once we signed up. We have just had our first visit and he was extremely thorough getting familiar with our unit and took notes to help guide future service visits as well as the follow up. I could not say enough good things about the service we've received from Shavitz!
