Worst service ever! If you could possibly even call it service. One, I called beforehand to avoid any miscommunication, know what to do, and not have to drive to a place that isn't going to service me. Two, I arrive and not only do I feel uncomfortable as I'm waiting on one of the 4 available employees eager to help to ask what I need but then when I am asked what I need I am treated like an idiot and get the most rude service on top of letting me know they take my business for granted. I honestly do not know if it was because I am a young Hispanic Female but NEVER had I felt the way I did during this experience at Mike Shaw. Thank you for the help Mike Shaw Employees! Service Department more like Disservice Department!
