Not happy with my treatment at Premier Mazda. Management and sales staff doesn t follow up on promises once the car purchase is complete. Management (general manager Jacob) never answered or returns phone calls. When the most recent issue was address, service manager Chris Auhll said there is nothing else we can do. Not the treatment I expect when you purchase a brand new car from a dealership. I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this dealership like the plague when they are looking for a new vehicle.
