Issues with homes are a very personal subject for people - and miscommunications and confused expectations often lead to unhappy owners. It doesn't help that the regulations for homeowner associations are written in legalesse that very few people understand. Having been on both sides of this (as a homeowner, board member, and manager) and interacting with several different management companies in the Atlanta metro area, I can honestly say Access Management is in the top tier of service.
