When our 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited broke down today we wanted to have it towed repaired at West Hills, the only nearby dealership. Since we had our dog along with us in the broken down Jeep, we needed a rental car or a loaner car in order for us to get returned home. West Hills told us no car because of our dog. Had no other option than to have our Jeep towed instead to an independent auto repair business in order to get back home. Very, very frustrated and disenchanted with how West Hills handled our emergency breakdown situation with our still reasonably new Jeep.
