One of the worsssst dealers. We bought masArati two years ago and not once we got any courtesy calls to inquire if things are okay. We had flat tire and we gave for service and no one ever called to let us know that car was there at service centre and what was wrong etc. We kept asking questions and all we heard was yes, no. It is you who has to give them options and then they will chose to answer yes, no. Pathetic. Don t forget a person who buys Maserati could someday buy Ferrari too but with this attitude no one would like to return. We have Mercedes which we bought at the same time and the kind of service they provide makes you loyal to them. In two years no one ever called to see if we were enjoying our car wherein Mercedes guys keep calling and building relationships. Shame on such big store who doesn t know how to value customers. I will write to Maserati head office and complain about this store.
