Great customer service, and they stock many hard to find items. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the mitre box I was looking for cost over $10, no saw included. A very similar (If not the same product) available at the home depot for under $10 with the saw included. Prices on other items seemed fairly competitive however, so this experience could be an anomaly.
