As others have mentioned, the girl working on reception / switchboard is a hideous representative for this agency. She is supposed to be the first port of call for this "allegedly" respectable agency but she acts like she is the CEO of the organization. She is extremely rude and proceeded to hang up on a VIP (twice). God forbid if she was actually someone important within the organization! We will certainly be taking the complaint regarding her terrible attitude, further. Unfortunately for her, all our business calls are recorded so i hope she's going to be as bold explaining her disgusting attitude and why she is costing her agency new business, when her bosses receive our complaint.
