We had a great experience working with Julie as our real estate agent. Julie was always available over phone or email and was quick to respond to all our inquiries. My husband and I are both working professionals and she was able to accommodate all viewings on evenings or weekends to meet our schedule. At the same time she was able to book viewings for us at short notice and on the same day of the listing in many cases - which was key given how quickly good properties tend to get sold in this market.
Julie was also extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and the home buying process. She always had comparable properties and other important details ready for us when viewing properties. At times when we had queries she called the selling agent or another party right away to get the answer for us.
When we finally found a home that we ended up purchasing Julie prepared the offer documents and handled all communications even though she happened to be away on a work trip on that day - which is a testament to Julie's commitment towards her clients.

My realtor David Lin was always on top of things and was not phased at all by the endless new-buyer questions I had. He was always happy to arrange the many viewings even though I was being very picky with that I wanted, and anytime I needed more info about a house, he managed to get that fast from the seller's side. Even after offer acceptance, he stayed in the loop with my lawyer to make sure everything was going as it should.
Nichole, the listing manager was also amazing -- setting me up with some perks and services that I was able to utilize during the closing period and the move as well, and doing a great job keeping track of dates especially close to the closing date.

Derrick and his team have sold a number of houses for our family and friends, but this is the first time we have experienced his services ourselves. The comments from our friends and family regarding his services were all very positive, and we were also extremely pleased with the service from Derrick and his team. We originally listed at a price higher than Derrick s recommendation, with lots of traffic but no offers. When we reduced the price to the amount Derrick had recommended, we immediately got a number of offers, one of which we accepted. Despite Derrick being in a wedding when the offers came in, he still took the time to work through the details and counter offers with us. We were very pleased with his services.
We were also very pleased with the staging service. Julie met with us early on and gave us detailed recommendations of what we should consider doing (all very reasonable), and then came and staged the house very nicely - it looked like a different house - much better than before.
