Recently joined the club while also maintaining me...

Recently joined the club while also maintaining membership at another club. I have found the customer service at stonebriar to be poor thus far which is very disappointing as we were hoping to make this our main club. I have left a couple messages for the spa but they did not return my call...even days later. When I called the club main line to say I m struggling to get a response from the spa they were not helpful and told me to just continue calling. Additionally I spoke to the main line receptionist asking her to have Shelly Meador, membership director, call me to discuss my concerns. No surprise Shelly never called. No idea if she ever got the message. Very poor service .....hoping things improve from here.
