Like many was wary of the poor reviews here but was completely blown away by the service once I sent my phone in. Nexus 5x bootlooping took four days to be sent in, fixed completely, and returned to me. Thank you so much Futuretel! Extremely satisfied customer, would recommend their service to anyone without hesitation.
